On Monday April 3th, the Massapequa Kiwanis Club hosted the K-Family Divisional. This special K-Family divisional gives our Long Island South Central Division clubs an opportunity to hear from their Service Leadership Programs. Members of various K-Kids (Elementary School), Builders Clubs (Middle and Junior High School), Key Clubs (High School), Circle K (College) and Aktion Club (Members with Disabilities) reported on their work in the community, volunteer programs, fund raising and leadership efforts.
At this meeting the Kiwanis Club of Bethpage happily submitted the name of Joanne Foley to be considered as the LISC Lt. Governor elect. This motion was passed and Joanne has graciously accepted the role and responsibility.
