The New York State District Convention was held at the Radisson Hotel in Corning New York the weekend of August 7th through 9th. New York District Governor Carla Ingrahm hosted the Convention which was attended by clubs through out the New York State Area.
The Radisson Hotel lobby provided the venue for the convention hospitality hour.
New York District Governor Carla Ingrahm brought the convention to order.
The Saturday Evening Gala was initiated by a processing of past and current leadership within the New York State Division of Kiwanis.
New York District Governor Carla recognized many Kiwanians with awards for service to the district.
Dinner is served.

The New York District Kiwanis Foundation KAMP KIWANIS raffle was drawn. Many members were in attendance to receive their winnings.
The weekend provided many Forum opportunities to take deeper dives into club development, training, and even a session of Bee-Keeping.
The Council of Delegates was convened to debate and vote on several new amendments to the New York District By-Laws.
In a moment of excitement, the Delegate Session was interrupted by a fire alarm, the hotel was forced to evacuate. The Corning Fire Department arrived to sort out the alarm.

The last day of Convention was the Changing of the Chairs ceremony to officially bring in the next crop of New York State District Lt. Governors.
